Originally from South Korea, Mijin was introduced to Civitas through her husband, an urban designer who joined the firm soon after the couple immigrated to the United States in 2013. After getting to know many of the Civitas team members at company events and learning more about the firm’s welcoming and inclusive culture, Mijin knew that Civitas was where she wanted to build her own career. Mijin joined Civitas in 2023 as a contract administrator, a role that leverages her analytical strengths to support the rest of the team’s day-to-day client work. Outside of work, Mijin enjoys cooking Korean food, exploring the Cherry Creek trail, and listening to K-pop.
