“While family road trips to National Parks fueled my passion for the outdoors, my interest in landscapes was piqued when we visited the Bay Area and toured Sasaki-Walker’s projects in San Francisco, for whom my uncle worked. After studying landscape architecture, I began my career working in Los Angeles with Emmet Wemple, whose approach to design and relationship building inspired me. I saw this same personal touch in Mark Johnson and Civitas, part of what brought me here a few years later.”
