My family is Scottish and our clan’s castle is the castle in Monty Python and the Holy Grail.
I was named after the Allman Brothers song, “Jessica”.
My family used to be pecan farmers.
I love to sail and grew up sailing a porpoise boat.
I have a background in metalsmithing and specialize in rings and small sculptures.

Jessica Doig,
Designer
A Landscape Designer and native Coloradan, Jessica joined Civitas in 2017 and has been working on Denver’s North Stapleton parks and open space, as well as Block 23 in Calgary. Her passion for landscape architecture and design derives from the opportunity to connect people with the landscape. She views design as a chance to be a storyteller and reveal the depth of a site’s unique characteristics and history.
Jessica earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture and Environmental Sustainability from Colorado State University. After College she ventured out to Portland, OR to pursue her career in design. There she worked on a variety of projects including mixed-use development and public parks. While in the Pacific Northwest she also pursued her passion for graphic design by working for AIGA Portland.
