In the late 80’s the Central Platte Valley was an industrial wasteland. In the past thirty years, through strong civic leadership and a mix of public/private partnerships, a series of open spaces have revitalized the South Platte River and catalyzed reinvestment resulting in the densest mixed-use development in Colorado. Scott Jordan will be your Civitas guide.
